This website has been created to show you walks, photographs, events and accommodation from all over The Lake District including the National Park.

The area is an attractive picturesque landscape with spectacular views in all seasons and is recognised as England’s most picturesque countryside.

Walking In The Lakes gives a brief glimpse of the wonders of this fantastic area and allows the user to show everyone else their experiences through their own photographs in the 'Viewers Gallery'.
